Beta Terms
Last Updated On 23-Mar-2023
The Keresverse Beta is centered around the gameplay experience of Keresverse. In our research when architecting the Keresverse, we have identified what we believe to be one of the main problems with Web3 Gaming currently, the lack of immersive game play.
Therefore we have separated the Blockchain integrations from the Unreal Engine 5 Build to focus purely on the Gameplay experience.
The Keresverse Beta will serve to gather necessary data on how to improve the Gameplay experience with the communities impressions in mind.
Beta software is a version of software that has not yet been released to the general public. Keresverse may, at its sole discretion, offer beta testing to selected interested customers. If you use a Product or Service during beta testing, you are required to provide feedback to Keresverse and assume all risks associated with the beta software.
Keresverse advises all beta users to exercise extreme caution when beta testing software since beta software is subject to strict confidentiality, and the quality of the software is still under evaluation.
BY DOWNLOADING OR USING KERESVERSE’S BETA SOFTWARE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD OR IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ANY USE OF THE BETA SOFTWARE.
You acknowledge and agree that Keresverse offers beta software “as is’ ‘ without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and subject to the terms contained in this Agreement. Keresverse shall have no obligation to maintain, correct, update, change, modify, or otherwise support the beta software during beta testing. Keresverse may discontinue providing service to the beta software at any time. Keresverse makes no guarantee or commitment as to the success of the beta software. You acknowledge that the privacy terms set forth or referenced herein WILL NOT apply to beta testing, and no privacy or security should be reasonably expected during beta testing.
Beta testing is entirely at your own risk, not Keresverse’s. Keresverse shall not be liable for any lost revenue, lost profits, or other incidental or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages by reason of any performance or non-performance under this Agreement. Furthermore, Keresverse shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or other damages that may result from the furnishing or cancelling of any Keresverse® software, features, and/or modules, including but not limited to the beta testing software.
Beta testers will be rewarded with an allocation of Keres Token and a set of promo skins specific to the beta test.
Rewards will be distributed once Keresverse transitions to the Regn Subnet and the Keresian Diamond is fully operational.
